With the 2016 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state.

Starting February 1st, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2016 Spring Team Preview: Findlay Trojans

Team Name: Findlay Trojans

2015 Record: 19-9
Conference Record: 7-3
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 5/2

2016 Team Strengths:

• Top two pitchers in the rotation
• 11 seniors to lead by example
• Defense

2016 Team Weaknesses:

• Scoring
• Hitting consistency
• Pitching depth

Coach Outlook: Our top two pitchers can beat anyone, but we need more depth. If we are able to hit we will be okay.

Top Returning Players:

• Chandler Stillings, .333 BA, 4-2 record, .088 ERA
• Grant Akin, .321 BA
• Max Rinebolt, .290 BA, 2-4 record, 2.30 ERA

Top Underclassmen:

• Cameron Dillon
• Anthony Gonzalas
