Hendershot stands 6-foot-1, 175-pounds with a lean, athletic build - room to add some weight. At the plate he shows a relaxed approach. Knee lift on the pitch, hands load back. Short path to the ball, barrel drops some, uphill plane through the zone, great extension after contact to a high finish, 86 exit velocity off a tee. From 3B - moves laterally well evidenced by his 7.13 60 time. Soft hands out in front, belt funnel, fast exchange, throws from a high-3.4 slot. Arm strength at 81 mph.
