The fall season is well under way, and we at PBR NJ would like to announce two of our upcoming showcases.

On October 16, PBR NJ will hold its annual Unsigned Senior Showcase. This year the showcase will be held at on the campus Mercer Community College in West Windsor, NJ. MCC is a perennial national JUCO powerhouse, going to the JUCO World Series last year and coming an out away from winning it all. We are very excited to host the event at a top-of-the-line school with a first class program and coaching staff.

Players at this showcase will run the 60 yard dash, get their exit velocities recorded, take a full infield/outfield complete with velocities and evaluations, and take a round of BP on the field. Pitchers will throw one simulated inning in the game. The event will run from 8:30am until 1pm. Players please arrive by 8am to get checked in and get your picture taken.

On November 5th, the Last Chance Open I.D. Showcase will be held at NJ Sports House in Oakland, NJ. NJ Sports House has a massive indoor turf facility, complete with batting cages and mounds to throw bullpens. This event is the perfect opportunity to update your PBR profile with new stats and video, and is the last event before the National Signing Period for Seniors. Pitchers will throw a 15-20 pitch bullpen, complete with video and velocity recordings. Position players will receive a full round of BP and go through a defensive workout which will all be recorded and posted to your PBR Profile.
