Team New England Future Games Spotlight: Bryce Reagan, 3B/SS

On July 30th through August 1st, PBR New England will take a select team of players in the Classes of 2017 and 2018 to represent the New England states at the PBR Future Games in Indianapolis at Grand Park.

Players receive exposure unlike any other event for underclassmen. Last year, 100+ colleges from all over the country were in attendance, including coaches from every Division I power conference in the country. Only players who have a legitimate shot at being a Division I recruit and who have an interest in the possibility of making a verbal commitment during their sophomore or junior seasons have been considered.

Past Showcase/In-Game Performances:
Date: 6/23/15
Scouting Report: Athletic at 6-foot, 180-pounds. He is a switch-hitter with a good feel for the barrel on both sides of the plate. Both swings are flat through the zone and he showed a shorter swing in the game, in which he had three hits. His set up on both sides is similar, even base with limited bottom half action and his hands do the work. The tee exit velo is 77 mph and the arm was 76 mph across the diamond. The glove is very good and the path is strong and simple. The arm played very well for me during the game. Ran a 4.35 down the line and ran the bases well and correctly in the game. Another advanced 2018 player for sure.

Thoughts on being selected to play in PBR's Future Games and representing the New England states: "A tremendous thrill to play alongside the best players in my region and compete against the best players in the nation."

How has PBR helped as far as recruiting and exposure: "It's real early but great coverage on social media sites so far."

Athletic awards or academic accolades that you have received (All-State teams, Preseason all-state teams, league honors, honor roll, etc): NHIAA 1st team all-state as a freshman
