PLAYERS TO WATCH

OUTLOOK:   

An experienced group of returning players will lead the Trojans in 2014. They return 7 starting position players and 4 pitchers that had 15-innings or more in 2013. Southwest will be led by seniors Jamason Hartin, Chadd Oxford, Wyatt Varner, and Nathan Young. Juniors Tyler Bernard, Brad Daniels, Lane England, and John Mulkey will be key contributors. Coach Ferguson is also expecting production from sophomore Garrett Hobbs. Look for the Trojans to have an excellent 2014 season and challenge for a conference title and nice post season finish.
