PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?
LIttlefield: Lewis and Clark Community College, Meramec Community College, Millikin University.
PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future? If so, what schools, and how recently?
Littlefield: I had a baseball visit for Lewis and Clark Community College during early September and have another baseball visit with Meramec Community College on September 28th. I will be visiting with Saint Louis University in October.
PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)
Littlefield: I am looking to continue and extend my education and baseball career to the college level. A school that is a couple hours away from home and offers a physical therapy course while also having a baseball program would be perfect.
PBR: How did you do your junior year? What were your high school statistics? And how did your team do?
Littlefield: I put up very good stats my junior year as I did previous years. I batted in the three spot and nine games into the season fractured my hamate bone in my hand during an at bat. I ended the season with an overall batting average of 419 and a league batting average of 500. My team won districts and fell short to SLUH in sectionals.
PBR: What are you goals for your senior season?
Littlefield: My goals for my senior year are to pick up where I left off and commit to play college baseball. I was having a solid season and putting up solid stats before I got injured. I’m looking forward to putting up even better stats this year and leading my team past sectionals to the state championship.
PBR: What travel team do you play for? Are you playing fall ball with a team?
Littlefield: I play for the American National Eagles and are playing fall ball with them currently.
PBR: Do you play any other sports?
No. I played football and basketball my freshman and sophomore year.
PBR: What are your ACT and GPA?
Littlefield: I have a 3.95 accumulative GPA and I scored a 24 on my ACT. I will be retaking the ACT next month to try and get a higher score. I am ranked 31 out of 548 in my graduating class.
