As we are coming to the end of another calendar year, we are going to countdown the top ten most viewed Missouri news stories of 2014.  According to our research through our google analytics, these are the most viewed news stories by you the reader in 2014.

8. MHSBCA Pre-Season Rankings for Missouri Class 5

On January 23, The Missouri High School Baseball Coaches Association released preseason top ten teams in Missouri Class 5.  #1 Blue Springs South, #2 Francis Howell, #4 Rock Bridge and #9 Vianney eventually reached the Final Four in June.  Rock Bridge defeated Francis Howell for the state championship, and Blue Springs South defeated Vianney in the consolation game. 

The Missouri High School Baseball Coach's Association released their preseason rankings this week. In the weeks to come we will break down each team with a Team Snapshot.  For now, here is the top ten for Missouri Class 5.

3. Lee's Summit West
4. Rock Bridge
5. Rockhurst
6. CBC
7. DeSmet
8. Neosho
9. Vianney
10. Liberty North
