Scouting Report: Pannier is a 6-foot 190-pound left-handed hitting outfielder in Missouri’s 2018 class.  He ran a 7.03 60 and 4.34 home-to-first.  He posted a 91 mph exit velo, one of the top LHH velos. At the plate, takes an aggressive swing, pull side line drives, power swing, fast bat speed, loose hands create bat whip, short to contact, level through the zone, tripled to the opposite field in game action.  In the outfield, quick footwork with athletic actions, high three quarters release, creates momentum through the catch, throws have carry with accuracy, 79 mph positional velo.
