Birmingham Seaholm 10, Farmington 5: Jacob McElroy had three hits, two runs, stole a base, and walked once for Seaholm while Farmington's Dan Harris went 3-4.
Livonia Clarenceville 3, Redford Thurston 2: Zach Devon struck out nineteen and threw a one-hitter for Clarenceville while Adam Sade got on base three times.
Brother Rice 10-3, UD Jesuit: 5-2: In the opener, Karl Kauffmann threw a one-hitter with ten strikeouts for Brother Rice while in the nightcap sophomore Mitch Tyranski got the win for the Warriors. Tommy Lentz closed out the second game for Brother Rice. In the first game, Bowling Green signee Randy Righter and Bobby Cross each went 3-3 and knocked in two runs. Vanderbilt signee knocked in three runs in the second game.
Warren Mott 3, L'Anse Creuse 0: Nate Jarzembowski went the distance on the mound for Mott, throwing a five-hitter, striking out four, and only walking one. Maverick Dube chipped in two hits.
Armada 4-11, Crosewell-Lexington 1-0: Travis Penzien struck out eight in the first game for Armada while Drew Ruczynski, Jordan Zapinski, and Logan Vettraino each had a pair of hits.
Sterling Heights Stevenson 8, Chippewa Valley 5: Joey Wolf struck out eight in five innings while Brandon Hughes had three hits and Dean Emanuele and Zach McGuire each had a pair for Stevenson.
L'Anse Creuse North 8, Macomb Dakota 4 (10 inn.): Trevor Mackowiak got the win on the mound for North with four innings of scoreless relief.
Grosse Pointe South 11, Eisenhower 4: Ryan Liagre hit a two-run home run for South while Douglas Graham struck out five in 2 2/3 innings of relief.
Utica Ford 8, St. Clair 6: Starter Jordan Luzon struck out five and gave up four hits in 5 2/3 innings.
Anchor Bay 11, Port Huron 7: Gary Landless had three hits for the victorious Tars while Brandon Vires struck out six in six innings.
