On Saturday, November 7, more than 50 of the top prospects from across the state of Louisiana participated in the Prep Baseball Report Pre-Season All-State Games at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA.

Today, Prep Baseball Report Louisiana takes a look at the outfielders that were in attendance.
Top Outfielders
1. Jeffrey Elkins, OF, AES HS(2017)
A 5-foot-10, 165-pound outfielder with an average, athletic frame. Quality defender with soft hands, fluid footwork, clean exchange and plays through balls well. Short arm action into ¾ release with accuracy on throws that produced a positional velocity of 80 mph. Right-handed hitter that hits from athletic setup, smooth load, leg kick, solid lower half and balance. Gap to gap type hitter with fluid rhythm, level path and explosive bat speed that produced an exit velocity of 88 mph. Outstanding athlete that posted a 6.7 60 yard dash.
2. Nick Webre, OF, Teurlings Catholic HS(2017)
A 5-foot-10, 185-pound outfielder with a strong, physical frame. Solid defender with average hands, clean exchange and plays through balls well. Long arm action into ¾ release with accuracy on throws that produced a positional velocity of 80 mph. Left-handed hitter that hits from a crouch, smooth load, short stride, explosive lower half, and solid balance. Gap to gap type hitter, fluid rhythm, slightly uphill path that creates quality extension and bat speed that produced a 92 mph exit velocity. Also posted 7.00 60 yard dash.
3. Bradley Yaeger, OF, St. Pauls HS(2016)
A 6-foot, 190-pound outfielder with a lean, strong, athletic frame. Quality athlete that posted a 6.83 60 yard dash. Quality defender that showed average hands, fluid footwork, clean exchange and athleticism with a loose arm action into a high-3/4 release with accuracy and carry on throws that produced a positional velocity of 83 mph. Right-handed hitter that hits from a balanced setup, smooth load, short stride, explosive lower half, and excellent balance. Gap to gap type hitter with a short bat path, smooth rhythm and explosive bat speed that produced an exit velocity of 90 mph.
