Harris, a 6-foot-1, 185-pound SS, graduated from Danville HS and is now at Chipola College, a junior college located in Marianna, FL. As a senior at Danville last spring, Harris put on an offensive show in hitting 10 doubles, two triples, and a state-leading 14 home runs for the Admirals. He participated in the PBR Super 60 Pro Showcase last February and recorded the second-best 60 time of the event at 6.61-seconds. Harris also recorded an exit velocity of 95 mph with a wood bat, a number that put him in the top 10 of the event. Given his raw tools, If not for a shoulder injury that caused a loss in arm strength from his SS position, Harris may have had a chance to be drafted last June. Whether or not he regains the arm strength he showed prior to the injury will determine his future in the game. Harris' profile was viewed 1860 times on the PBR website in 2014.
