2016 Player Spotlight: Nolan Elsbury, Zionsville HS

With the 2016 Underclass Preview Showcase coming up on October 18th, we are highlighting some of the top 2016 players in the Hoosier State.

Nolan Elsbury is an athletic 6-foot, 165 pound Junior with arm strength from the outfield.  In June's Top Prospect Games at Indiana he showcased a loose, easy arm action that was up to 85 mph with some carry.  Elsbury displays soft hands with a clean transfer while playing through baseball well.  At the Preseason All-State last February he ran a 7.12-60.  Offensively, he starts open with a smooth load.  The stride is short and possesses good hand speed making hard contact.
