It was an eventful week in Indiana as two young prospects from the Hoosier state made commitments and another is making a significant visit. Two of Indiana’s top 2018s, LHP/OF Grant Richardson (Bishop Dwenger HS, IN) and LHP Carter Lohman (Hamilton Southeastern HS, IN), committed to Indiana and Louisville respectively. Richardson has quick-twitch athleticism and was up to 86 at the Prep Baseball Report Future Games in August. He also showcased a quick bat and ran a 6.85-second 60. Lohman has a quick, loose arm that generates a fastball up to 85. His go-to offspeed pitch is a 76-78 changeup with late depth. He was also a Future Games participant.
