PBR: Why did you choose Kirkwood CC?
MOSELEY: I chose Kirkwood because I feel the coaches will be able to help me develop into a better ballplayer and help me get to the next level as fast as possible.
PBR: What other schools were you considering?
MOSELEY: Iowa Western, Southeastern, Central, Rend Lake, Iowa and Alabama State.
PBR: Where did the coaching staff first see you? How did your relationship develop with them?
MOSELEY: They first saw me at a spring showcase. Coach Benich and Coach Rima have both been to some of my games where we had the opportunity to talk.
PBR: Do you feel relieved now that the process is over and you can just focus on baseball and not deal with everything that goes into picking a school?
MOSELEY: Yes, it feels good to have made my decision on going to Kirkwood and now I can work on getting better in areas that I need to improve in.
PBR: Was there one deciding factor that put your choice over the top?
MOSELEY: Yes, the coaching staff has a lot to offer and it will be a good opportunity to develop my game by playing a lot of games at the juco level.
PBR: Who has helped you the most to get to where you are today?
MOSELEY: My select team coaches Rich Polak and Aaron Van Scoyoc. Also my dad has pushed me to make me a better player.
PBR: What were your expectations about the recruiting process? Was it easy/difficult?
MOSELEY: I wasn't really sure what to think about the process, but playing with kids that were being recruited made it easier.
PBR: What plans does the coaching staff have in store for you in your freshman season?
MOSELEY: I’m sure they expect me to continue getting better and be able to perform at a high level for them.
PBR: What is your most memorable baseball moment to date?
