Today’s 2017 player spotlight is on Tampa Catholic LHP Jordan Butler. The 5-foot-10 155 pound Butler had a 1.70 ERA in his freshman year on the varsity squad for Tampa Catholic. Butler throws from a ¾ arm slot with a fastball in the upper 80’s.

Butler shows good arm actions with the ability to throw 3 pitches with command. Butler is a University of Florida commit. He was on the 2013 15U USA Baseball National Team and was a 2014 Tampa Tribune All-Hillsborough County Honorable mention.
