 After the first month of the season we look at the Top 25 team rankings.

Fayetteville High School remains on top with a record of 11- 1 playing a challenging schedule, taking trips to both Texas and Arizona. Their lone loss came at the hands of O’Connor High School of Arizona. They have had tremendous pitching with a staff ERA under 1.00. Bryant stays in the No. 2 spot with a record of 8-0 with impressive road trips to Texas and Florida.

The rest of the top 10 remains fairly intact with just a little shuffling. Conway High School makes the largest jump from 10 to 3. They looked to be the top contender with the emergence of 2018 LHP Jordan Wicks and 2016 LHP Collin Cahill’s speedy recovery. Besides pitching the Wampus Cats really defend with 2015 SS Jacobs Adams playing as steady as anyone. They have had steady production of 2017 infielders Cade Tucker and Colby Reck.

New comers to the rankings include #19 Cabot High School, #20 Mountain Home High School, Little Rock Christian Academy, and # 25 Searcy High School. Cabot moves into the top 25 due to the steady performances of a talented sophomore class.
