2016 LHP Brandon Matros committed to Ouachita Baptist University. The left-hander, from Arkadelphia HS is currently ranked 9^th in the 2016. Here is our evaluation of Matros.

Matros is a 6-foot 195-pound LHP with a large frame and a medium build. He pitched an efficient inning pounding the strike zone with a fastball working 83-86 mph with some run. He compliments his fastball with a 1/7 curveball with late break 71-73 mph. He repeated his mechanics consistently with a quick arm from an H ¾ arm slot.

The Bryant Blacksoxs fell 5-0 at the hands of League City Texas in the American Legion Regional Tournament. They will play today against team Missouri. This Game will start as soon at the Conway Cougars finish their rain delayed game vs Team Mississippi.
