Please Read Carefully:

Due to predicted rain all day Tuesday and an extreme heat advisory alert, we are moving Tuesday’s showcase to Thursday, August 12. The weather report shows 30-40 percent chance of thunderstorms throughout the day Tuesday, in addition to rain on Monday evening. (Of course, it will likely be sunny all day tomorrow with no rain.)

Even without rain, Tuesday is supposed to be an extreme heat advisory. Many people are traveling too far of distances to cancel the event tomorrow, which is why we’re playing it safe for Thursday. Thursday, incidentally, is supposed to be perfect.

All the same check-in information applies:

Pitchers and Catchers check-in at 8:15-8:45

Infielders and Outfielders check-in at 11:15-11:45.

Event should run to about 3-3:30 p.m.

Thursday will still be hot, so please bring water – especially those who are doing both sessions.

If there is a problem switching dates, please call the office at 847-281-9790 or email JessH@prepbaseballreport.com and we will get you set up in a different event.
