Pitchers and Catchers
* Catchers will throw and catch bullpens for the pitchers. Catchers will also run the 60 and/or home to first . (Note: You should not underestimate the importance of catching bullpens; your receiving skills are always under evaluation.) Catchers will hit with the Infielders and Outfielders .
* Pitchers will have ample time to get loose, playing catch in the other cage space and warming up in the bullpen. You are free to leave once they are done throwing. Pitchers should bring cleats because they will be pitching off of dirt mounds. Pitching should conclude around 3: 00 p.m.
Infielders , Outfielders
* Hitting will take place after the Infield and Outfield workouts. also run the 60 and/or home to first . Infielders and Outfielders will take ground/fly balls and have their velocity tested.
* Please note that hitters can use wood or metal bats. (Wood highly reccommended) No one should use other players' wood bats.
* Hitting should conclude around 12:00 p.m.; some will be done sooner than others. Unfortunately, someone has to be last and someone has to be first.
