Jason Hall: RHP/OF, (2025) Mount Mansfield Unified School District, VT. 5-foot-9, 158-pound athletic lean build. Capable solid during batting practice, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 83 mph. (67.0 mph bat speed average). (19.0 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced wide stance with a handsy load, then used a small stride. Had an uphill long swing plane, developing bat speed and high finish. Was able to create some loud contact and found some barrels. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic and projectable from the outfield, he made throws to the infield at velocities up to 81 mph; shows developing athletic feet, developing soft hands, and a natural exchange. Fielded the ball out front with developing athletic movement laterally. Showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. Established speed as one of his strengths with an efficient 60 time of 6.97. Solid on the mound, showing developing arm speed he used a short quick arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Up-tempo type pitcher and uses some effort. Has a consistent balance point and in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 79-80 mph; has control arm side around the zone and running action. (Max spin 1940; Avg 1727). His curveball (67-68) shows sweeping action and glove side around the zone control. (Max spin 2206; Avg 2085). Had gradual fading action and arm side control on his changeup (72-74).
